- Drowsiness and coma
- Mild-moderate toxicity
- Tachycardia
- Tachypnoea
- Severe toxicity
- Hypotension
- Bradycardia
- Myocardial damage
- Respiratory distress
Investigation
- Blood carboxyhaemoglobin level
Management
- Remove the sources
- High-flow oxygen
- Hyperbaric oxygen if
- Coma
- Carboxyhaemoglobin level >10%
